Q: Do you combine shipping for items?
A: We gladly combine S&H for all purchases made within 3 days.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Estimated shipping times are as follows: US: Standard 3-10 business days, Expedite 2-4 business days, Express 1 business day. International: Standard 6-17 business days, Expedite 5-10 business days. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays (Up to 60 days) beyond our original delivery estimates.
Q: What is your handling time?
A: Most orders are processed within one business day following cleared payment. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a notification via email.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do! Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, HI, AK, APO's, and AFO's?
A: Yes, we do! For all international P.O. Box shipments, buyer's phone number is required.
Q: How do I know what colors and sizes are available?
A: You can look at our items by any of the listed categories on the Home main page. You will be able to view the sizes and colors available for every item by clicking on the Size or Color arrow button tab from the product detail page. If the size or color are not shown in the pull-down tab, then the item is sold out. Some items may currently be available in one size or one color.
Q: Are all your items new?
A:Yes! All of our items are brand new with tag.
Q: Do the images represent the items accurately?
A: We make every effort to displays all the colors of our items as accurately as possible. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate to the actual fabric.
Q: How can I pay for my purchase?
A: We accept Credit cards, debit cards, and Checks through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to checkout. We're sorry, but we are unable to accept cash, money orders or checks via mail.
Q: Do I need A PayPal account to pay?
A: A PayPal account isn't required to complete your checkout. We accept various methods of payment including credit card, debit card, check, or your PayPal funds. (Please no money orders or cash.) When you checkout to complete your purchase with us through PayPal you get to choose your preferred payment option.
Q: Is there a fee associated with the PayPal checkout?
A: No, there is no fee to checkout through PayPal.
